Details About The Process
- The machine is equipped with bottle neck griping heads, which hold the neck of unclean and empty bottles and turns bottle so that the mouth points to bottom side
- Throughout the automatic bottle loading position, machine transports the bottle to the washing pockets that are symmetrically mounted on its rotary platform
- The bottle enters the washing area where fresh/recycled water sprays inside and outside the bottle
- At automatic releasing platform, bottle grippers discharge it to out feed star wheel which conveys the bottles to attached conveyor
- All the bottles are automatically conveyed to washing rotation channel through in feed worm and in feed star wheel
